Here is a guide to help get us started. I am wanting to train for a 10K and then a half-marathon by my next birthday in March 2014. I ran my first 5K on my 39th birthday, my first 10K on my 40th birthday, and now the trend is set. I just need a little push to make me commit. Anyone feel like joining me? We can train together here in Mapleton or keep each other accountable in the virtual world with Nike’s Running app. Either way, it would be great to train with a buddy!
